As the events in Imo state continue to take shape and unfold in very interesting colors, shapes and sizes day after day, I begin to see reasons with Williams Shakespeare’s quote which says: “Hell is empty and all the devils are here...Love all, trust a few, do wrong to none.”
I have watched with keen interest the unveiling story of Okorocha’s plot to impeach his 25year old friend, brother, loyalist and deputy, Eze Madumere in order to fulfill his selfish dreams of installing his son in-law, Uche Nwosu. I also went further to digest his interesting press release refuting the said impeachment rumor but still containing very clear revelations of his true intentions. And today his recent act of betrayal which has drove a nail into the heart of his deputy and lead him to severe a 25year old tie with his boss, is something imolites should not ignore.
It is very clear that Okorocha is willing to break every democratic rule in order to avoid accountability and so he thinks that Uche Nwosu is going to be his Savior. My joy remains the fact that violent delights indeed have violent ends and the seed sown today will most definitely be reaped tomorrow.
There is absolutely no need for Madumere to bother about this betrayal because in the end this unfolding story of Rochas Okorocha and Uche Nwosu will most definitely end up like that of the rat in the villa and the snake at jamb office.
A snake can never produce a sheep. So Rochas shouldn’t express much surprise when the result of his actions and inactions begin to slap him in the face in no distant time.
It hurts me so much to see that the son in-law you for whom you betrayed your loyalist will be your doom tomorrow.
Okorocha’s love for money and power has turned him into a monster whose job is to drive nails into the hearts of those who love him as long as he doesn’t get hurt or loose his money in the process but God has better plans for you.
Imo can only be rescued in 2019 so Imolites should take a stand today for a better tomorrow!
