Imagine being in a bus and having to keep your legs in the air because the floor of the bus is flooded. That's what happened to passengers on a New York City bus on Wednesday.
It had rained heavily in Staten Island, New York, on Wednesday July 31. This caused a flood that made it impossible for occupants of various vehicles to remain dry.

A video shared online shows half-submerged cars moving through the flood water. A bus filled with passengers was flooded and the passengers had to suspend their legs in the air to keep from getting wet.
