As the death and burial of the late Chief of staff to the President hit the Public, leaders across the nation have poured out condolences and letters to the family of the deceased while mourning the demise of Late Abba Kyari.
In the same vein, Prince Eze Madumere, the Ex-Deputy Governor of Imo State has shared in the sorrow of this great loss. He has this to say about the deceased:
“The news of his death came to me as a rude shock.
Abba Kyari was a very influential and dutiful aide of the President who ensured that President Buhari's electoral agenda was safely delivered.
It is a big blow indeed to the nation that such a man is no more. I commiserate with Kyari’s family and the Federal Government over his transition.
He will really be missed.
I use this opportunity to also commiserate with other families who have lost their loved ones to Covid - 19. It is a battle that all hands must be on deck to win.
I urge Nigerians to follow the hygienic protocols required of them as we continue to pray and combat this pandemic believing God that it shall end in praise.
I pray for the repose of his soul.
